Comments: Seems strange running only 3.5 miles - I was just getting "loose" and I found myself at home. My knees are a little sore, which is probably due to a number of things......20 days off, and that's off of everything, including my supplements and normal dietary regiment....except for Green Magma...I never leave home without that in my system.
Anyway, it feels good to be back in the groove. I feel good about the new year and my new, expanded career -- writer and public speaker. The "writer" starts his career today; the "public speaker" has yet to get that first gig....not true, just yesterday I had to decline an offer to speak to the Loma Linda Lopers Running Club on March 4th, at their post-LA Marathon party, because Elaine and I will be in Hawaii. That aside, this is the first day of a new direction in my life, and I'm excited.

January
Jerry Dunn was in Carlsbad, California for the San Diego Marathon. Notes on runs 1-16.
February
Jerry was in Las Vegas, Nevada for the Las Vegas Marathon. Notes on runs 17-32.
March
Jerry was in Los Angeles, California and spent some time back in Carlsbad, Ca. Jerry has lots of notes on runs 33-48.
April
Jerry was in Boston for the Boston Marathon earlier this month, and then in Nashville for the inaugural Country Music Marathon. Runs 49-68.
May
Jerry was in Cincinnati for “The Flying Pig’ and then the 28th GutsMuths Rennsteiglauf in Germany. Runs 69-84
June
Jerry was in San Diego and Grandma’s in Duluth and ran number 100 in San Francisco. Runs 85-100.
July
Jerry started the month in San Francisco and finished in Salt Lake City. Runs 101-119.
August
Jerry was in Indianapolis. Runs 120-135.
September
Jerry was in Bismark, ND for the Bismark Marathon and in Dayton, OH for the Air Force Marathon. Runs 136-149.
October
Jerry was in Minneapolis, St. Louis, Chicago and New York City. A very busy month saw Jerry complete runs 150-173
November
Jerry was in New York City, Providence, Rhode Island and Philadelphia. In those cities Jerry completed runs 174-190.
December
Jerry was in Tampa, Florida to complete 200 in 2000!

- It helped Jerry promote regular exercise as a way of life and to share his positive philosophy with a large number of people.
- It gave Jerry the exposure to properly endorse and promote the products and services in which he believes.
